Lead global statutory reporting and manage a team supporting external audits for Mastercard entities worldwide.
Perform complex statutory accounting activities ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS.
Drive process improvements, support SOX compliance, and maintain strong partnerships with business units and auditors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Qualified Accountant certification required (ACA, AMCA, ACCA).
Experience in statutory reporting with IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards.
Proven experience managing components of larger projects and interacting with cross-functional teams.
Advanced MS Excel skills; Oracle/Hyperion experience beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong technical accounting background in statutory accounting with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in process improvement initiatives and SOX compliance support.
Ability to build and maintain client-service relationships internally and with auditors, and manage multiple country statutory reporting requirements.
