Own and support SAP MDG processes and solutions focused on Finance, Business Partner, and Material data domains, ensuring high-quality master data across the organization.
Lead configuration, enhancement, and integration of SAP MDG including workflows, validations, BRF+ rules, and data replication frameworks in complex, global SAP landscapes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and Digital teams to drive data governance standards, data quality improvements, and support master data migration and consolidation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP MDG / Master Data Management with hands-on expertise in Finance, Business Partner, and Material domains.
Techno-functional skills covering configuration, ABAP development (OO ABAP, BADIs, Enhancements), SAP Workflow, BRF+, and integration (IDocs, Web Services, RFC).
Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Bangalore, India with willingness to travel up to 5%.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in SAP MDG and master data management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing master data governance and integration in large, global SAP landscapes with cross-functional Digital teams.
Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain data quality and governance in complex environments.
Preferably from manufacturing, automotive, or large enterprise domains with familiarity of data governance operating models and experience in S/4HANA transformations.
