Minimum Requirements
2-10 years of software engineering experience.
Proficiency in designing and optimizing PostgreSQL-backed data models and queries, including advanced PostgreSQL operations like indexing, partitioning, replication, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with Python, Docker, Terraform/IAC, and Unix/Linux platforms.
Experience in software architecture, scalable distributed systems, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and high code quality standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing performance and reliability of large-scale distributed applications and production PostgreSQL clusters.
Comfortable working within globally distributed teams with cross-functional stakeholders in product, security, and architecture.
Familiar with cloud environments (AWS), infrastructure technologies, and systems-level concepts like networking, security, multi-threading, and system performance.
