Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to account configurations, APIs, job feeds, and databases for Paradox Customer Support clients.
Write and execute complex SQL queries, perform mass update requests via Public API, and configure client security protocols like SSO, sFTP, and SSH.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Development teams on feature gaps and code-level bug fixes; maintain technical documentation and participate in shift-based customer support coverage.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years experience in technical support or similar role.
1+ years experience validating XML, JSON, CSV formats, and using tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio Code.
Willingness to work in Pune office at least 50% of time; able to work 11am-8pm IST shift on rotation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with advanced query languages and tools such as JPath, JMESPath, Postman, Bruno, and SQL for data analysis and integration troubleshooting.
Proven skills in managing business-critical support issues efficiently and escalating appropriately within a 24/7 support environment.
Comfortable working collaboratively with product and development teams to address technical bugs and feature gaps while maintaining strong internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
