Design and deliver secure, accessible, high-performing AEM Adaptive Forms including templates, components, rules, and localization.
Own form data models, JSON schemas, workflows, document generation, integrations with enterprise systems, and production support.
Develop Java/OSGi services and JavaScript extensions; ensure accessibility, security, performance, and operational readiness including automated testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in application or digital-experience development with strong hands-on AEM Forms expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with Java, OSGi, JavaScript, JSON schemas, REST APIs, Maven, Git, and deployment pipelines.
Deep knowledge in Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models, rules, validations, document services, and integrating forms with enterprise systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, reusable form solutions aligned to complex data, workflow, and integration requirements.
Comfortable collaborating across UX, business, architecture, engineering, QA, and platform teams in a technical leadership capacity.
Skilled at delivering high-volume enterprise form solutions with strong security, accessibility (WCAG), and production support focus.
