About This Role
- Design and deliver secure, accessible, high-performing AEM Adaptive Forms including templates, components, rules, and localization.
- Own form data models, JSON schemas, workflows, document generation, integrations with enterprise systems, and production support.
- Develop Java/OSGi services and JavaScript extensions; ensure accessibility, security, performance, and operational readiness including automated testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in application or digital-experience development with strong hands-on AEM Forms expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with Java, OSGi, JavaScript, JSON schemas, REST APIs, Maven, Git, and deployment pipelines.
- Deep knowledge in Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models, rules, validations, document services, and integrating forms with enterprise systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable, reusable form solutions aligned to complex data, workflow, and integration requirements.
- Comfortable collaborating across UX, business, architecture, engineering, QA, and platform teams in a technical leadership capacity.
- Skilled at delivering high-volume enterprise form solutions with strong security, accessibility (WCAG), and production support focus.
