About This Role
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance data security and content inspection software solutions using C++, Golang, and Python.
- Provide technical leadership across complex projects involving advanced algorithms, ML-based models, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices within the data security team.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience building high-performance, scalable, and secure dataplane services.
- Proficiency in C++ and experience with Golang, Python, and C.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, multithreading, algorithms, TCP/SSL/TLS/HTTP/SMTP/REST protocols.
- BSCS or equivalent degree required; MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing cutting-edge data security solutions using AI and ML technologies in a collaborative environment.
- Able to lead technically complex initiatives and mentor engineers effectively at a senior level.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
