Own end-to-end program management for InMobi's DSP platform including platform/infra re-architecture, applied science/ML initiatives, and commerce-facing feature launches.
Coordinate cross-geography (Bangalore, Beijing, Lucknow) teams to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and synchronize distributed teams under tight latency SLAs.
Create and maintain program governance artifacts—roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, and operating cadences; identify and mitigate risks impacting sub-50ms latency and launch timelines.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of technical program management experience, preferably in ad-tech, real-time bidding, or large-scale distributed/low-latency systems.
Working technical fluency with distributed systems concepts (gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes/GKE, service mesh).
Experience managing applied science/ML projects including understanding of experimentation design, feature engineering, and A-B testing.
Work Experience Required: 3-6 years of relevant TPM experience; Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing technical programs spanning software engineering and applied science/ML teams with different working cadences.
Capable of dealing with cross-cultural, multi-site coordination across India, China, or similar geographies with time zone and organizational challenges.
