Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and tools across UI, API, integration, and performance testing.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives on test strategy, automation, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices.
Mentor other SDETs and contribute to validation of distributed, cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and asynchronous workflows.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in test automation and software testing practices.
Strong programming experience in C#/.NET or comparable language plus scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with UI automation frameworks like Playwright, API testing, REST APIs, and test frameworks like xUnit/NUnit.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and cloud-native systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building reusable automation libraries and tools that scale across engineering teams.
Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, container orchestration, and test infrastructure automation.
Track record of owning end-to-end test automation projects including performance and scalability testing in distributed systems.
