About This Role
- Define and drive long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI Agent product line focusing on customer and employee experience use cases.
- Own business metrics and OKRs; prioritize initiatives in collaboration with product, engineering, and GTM leadership to ensure product-market fit and adoption.
- Translate complex requirements into technical specs and manage delivery for AI/ML/Agentic AI features throughout their lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in global/cross-functional software teams within a software product company, preferably SaaS.
- 7+ years core product management experience in internet software products.
- 3+ years managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products, with lifecycle management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and managing AI Agents, AI Assistants, or AI Copilot platforms with proven ability to define and execute AI-focused product strategy.
- Strong analytical orientation with ability to leverage customer insights and drive adoption and engagement.
- Operates effectively in cross-functional global software environments, balancing technical, business, and customer needs with strong ownership.
