Own and define long-term strategy and vision for AI Agent products focusing on employee experience including ITSM, HRSM, and IT Operations Management.
Drive product roadmap, prioritization, business metrics and OKRs to increase customer adoption and usage.
Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, and GTM teams to translate complex processes into requirements and deliver market-fit AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in global/cross-functional software product teams; 7+ years in core product management for internet software.
3+ years managing AI/ML/NLP/Agentic AI products with lifecycle management from experimentation to production.
Experience with employee experience products such as ITSM, ITAM, HCM, HRMS is desirable but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in AI-powered product strategy and roadmap ownership, especially with AI Agents, AI Assistants, or similar platforms.
Experience working in SaaS environments with deep understanding of customer-centric product development and adoption.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product lifecycles including data-driven and experimentation-based decision making.
