About This Role
- Own and execute the technical roadmap for scalable, low-latency SaaS platform solutions, including APIs, microservices, and web-layer features.
- Lead production issue resolution in distributed SaaS environments via root-cause analysis and implement safeguards.
- Mentor engineers fostering engineering discipline, clean coding, system thinking, and long-term product ownership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of hands-on software and systems/platform engineering experience in distributed SaaS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Expert-level proficiency in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) or Python for backend services development.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for large-scale SaaS products/platforms.

- Experienced in delivering high-availability, low-latency, high-throughput SaaS systems at scale under rigorous deployment cycles.
- Skilled in cross-functional leadership collaborating with Product, QA, Operations, and Design teams to align technical and business objectives.
