Lead onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, and adoption activities for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across workforce, application, machine, privileged, and partner identities.
Ensure enabled IAM solutions meet architecture, security, operational, data, control, and compliance requirements and transition operational implementations to Support with full documentation and monitoring.
Develop and improve reusable onboarding guides, automation, migration procedures, and self-service materials, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, cyber field, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, enterprise security, platform enablement, systems integration, service transition, or related field.
Practical knowledge of at least two IAM areas such as governance, authentication, directory services, privileged access, certificate-based authentication, identity protection, PKI, or supporting infrastructure.
Ability to use scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), and experience with APIs, identity standards, configuration automation, CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex IAM integration, migration, and adoption efforts in large enterprises with compliance or security controls requirements.
Strong understanding of IAM architectures, integration dependencies, and operating IAM platforms in production environments with handoff to Support.
Capable of producing auditable implementation evidence and coordinating cross-team collaboration with Architecture, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
