Lead a multidisciplinary Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering team responsible for enterprise identity services supporting workforce, application, privileged, and partner identities.
Own organisational capability, operating model, performance, risk, cost management, and sustained outcomes for IAM services including consumer adoption, identity lifecycle execution, access governance, operational controls, audit evidence, and service continuity.
Drive team workforce strategy, financial management, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement using service data, audit results, and feedback, while collaborating across cyber security, risk, compliance, and architecture domains.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, cyber security, or related discipline.
Significant professional experience in Identity and Access Management, cyber security, enterprise technology, or platform services.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams within large, sophisticated, or regulated enterprises.
Experience managing workforce capacity, organisational capability, budgets, vendors, third-party resources, operational risk, and delivery commitments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in broad IAM domains including identity governance, authentication, federation, privileged access, passwordless authentication, digital trust, and identity lifecycle services.
Skilled in organisational leadership with proven ability to establish operating models, enforce decision rights, and drive accountability across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Adept at translating technical and operational risks into strategic actions and influencing senior stakeholders across technology, cyber security, risk, compliance, and business functions.
