Own and manage small real estate projects while supporting larger projects through coordination with project managers and senior project managers.
Lead organizational structure and processes for each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, clear objectives, and budget forecasting/management.
Build and maintain client relationships by identifying client needs, managing project revenue and payment cycles, and ensuring contract administration and risk mitigation aligned with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in any property-related discipline is expected.
At least 3 years of experience in design, construction, or project management in real estate sector.
Must be onsite in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant fields (design, construction, project management)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams within real estate project environments.
Proficient in using digital project management tools and technology platforms for project delivery.
