Coordinate multiple workplace projects including tracking progress, dependencies, and action items to ensure timely governance and delivery.
Own project updates and data accuracy on the Workplace Property Tool, enabling centralized status monitoring and timely escalation of delays.
Prepare comprehensive MIS and governance reports including dashboards, documentation, and audit compliance for leadership and stakeholder review.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC preferred).
4–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMC, Facilities Projects, HVAC, or Building Services.
Experience managing project MIS and reporting.
On-site work location in Gurugram; Certification in Project Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced in coordinating complex commercial or corporate real estate projects with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage project data and reporting using project tracking tools and MIS systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
