Establish and manage PMO processes, governance, and reporting standards for real estate and strategy projects.
Oversee project portfolio management including prioritisation, resource planning, risk monitoring, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with Real Estate leadership and Strategy Team to align projects with organizational objectives and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of project management experience including PMO or complex project leadership.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Must be able to work onsite in Bengaluru, 6 days a week.
