Own overall performance of the Bangalore lab facility including safety, technical integrity, operations, financials and stakeholder governance.
Lead site governance forums, manage key stakeholder relationships (BP, JLL, landlord, engineering partners) and act as escalation point for site issues.
Oversee technical decisions, contract management, risk and compliance, budget and people leadership for cross-functional site team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
15+ years experience in facilities, operations or site management in chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical or lab environments.
5+ years in senior site leadership role with full P&L or budget accountability.
On-site work location required: Pune, Maharashtra.

Experienced leader with technical expertise across process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation systems relevant to industrial laboratory facilities.
Strong strategic and commercial mindset with capability to manage multi-party outsourced service delivery models and complex stakeholder relationships.
Proven ability in managing cross-functional teams through operational change and site transitions with a focus on safety and compliance.
