About This Role

Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver complex application systems adhering to strategic goals and technology standards.

Provide technical leadership and strategic influence on applications development, enforcing essential procedures and standards.

Manage personnel responsibilities including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and risk controls.

Minimum Requirements

15+ years of experience in technical solutions, architecture, and leading development teams.

Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, Restful APIs, and distributed systems.

Experience with RDBMS/Oracle/MongoDB, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud infrastructure (OpenShift, AWS), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and event-driven architecture (Kafka, Spark Flink).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing multi-location teams within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) in diverse stakeholder environments.

Capability to influence senior leaders across functions and negotiate for delivery and technical alignment.

Proven ability to build horizontally scalable, highly available, and resilient applications with cloud-native technologies and tools.
