Lead and mentor a team of 16 direct reports in Disputes investigation operations support.
Manage daily team operations, delegate responsibilities, train staff, monitor performance, and recommend HR actions such as promotions or terminations.
Ensure seamless delivery of operations support services aligned with Citi processes, mitigate risk of SLA impacts, regulatory risk, and overtime due to capacity issues.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of related business experience with at least one-year supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work 24x7 shift schedules including late night IST shifts.
