About This Role
- Lead the global sensory evaluation program for fragrance raw materials ensuring consistent quality standards and methodologies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in raw material sensory science to drive quality strategies and capability development worldwide.
- Develop and maintain sensory policies, guidelines, and compliance with fragrance development regulations across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a sensory lab environment.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Onsite role based in Sri City, India.

- Strong expertise in sensory technical skills with ability to differentiate odors and make critical sensory decisions on raw materials.
- Experience managing global sensory programs with proven project management and people leadership skills.
- Comfortable operating in a multicultural global environment with strong communication and presentation capabilities.
