Lead the global sensory evaluation program for fragrance raw materials ensuring consistent quality standards and methodologies.
Serve as the subject matter expert in raw material sensory science to drive quality strategies and capability development worldwide.
Develop and maintain sensory policies, guidelines, and compliance with fragrance development regulations across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in a sensory lab environment.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Onsite role based in Sri City, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in sensory technical skills with ability to differentiate odors and make critical sensory decisions on raw materials.
Experience managing global sensory programs with proven project management and people leadership skills.
Comfortable operating in a multicultural global environment with strong communication and presentation capabilities.
