Develop, own, and evolve the GBS performance management framework, including governance, benchmarks, scorecards, and dashboards.
Lead data and reporting governance to ensure reliability and clarity of performance data across services, functions, and regions.
Drive recurring performance review cycles with senior leadership, converting insights and benchmarks into actionable improvement plans and tracking outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
9 to 14 years of experience in enterprise performance management or data & analytics.
Strong expertise in designing or improving performance management frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
Solid knowledge of data fundamentals including data lineage, accuracy, and integrity; ability to work cross-functionally with analytics and tech teams.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global shared services or GBS environments, coordinating across multiple service towers or hubs.
Skilled in partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making using data-driven insights and constructive critique.
Familiar with AI and automation technologies applied to enhance decision support, service performance, and operational efficiency.
