Manage configuration and build/test infrastructure for a multi-million-line software product used by hundreds of engineers.
Administer large-scale version control systems such as Perforce, Git, Mercurial, CVS, RCS, or ClearCase across multi-site environments.
Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell/Python/Perl) and support UNIX systems, including admin-level responsibilities where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
Experience managing configuration and version control for large, multi-site software projects with hundreds of users.
Expert scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl for automation tasks.
Proficiency with UNIX systems as a user and preferably as an administrator.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling complex SCM tools and processes within large engineering teams.
Skilled in scripting and UNIX system administration to ensure robust build/test infrastructure.
Familiarity with additional technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, databases (MySQL, Mongo, Cassandra), and static/dynamic code analysis tools is a plus.
