Drive execution of complex, cross-cutting technical programs with high quality to meet top objectives and key results in a fast-paced enterprise software environment.
Collaborate across multiple business units and manage dependencies, deliverables, and multiple parallel product releases focused on cloud native software features and capabilities.
Establish best practices for program management and act as the single point of accountability for delivery decisions, stakeholder communication, and overall go-to-market readiness.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager leading product delivery teams in enterprise commercial software.
Minimum 6+ years hands-on experience delivering enterprise commercial software releases in dynamic environments.
Strong experience with Jira Cloud for software development program and release management.
Location requirement: Must work from Bangalore office (in-office role) except for approved leave or travel.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical programs across multiple functions with strong influence on engineering and business stakeholders.
Experience driving continuous process improvements to accelerate time to market and improve program quality and efficiency.
