Minimum Requirements
10+ years in professional software engineering with majority in building web front ends and front end platforms.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern UI frameworks (Lit, React, Angular, Vue), and front end performance optimization at scale.
Experience as Staff or Principal engineer or equivalent with accountability for architecture and technical direction, leading cross-team initiatives.
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced in designing framework-level abstractions supporting multiple engineering teams across large organizations.
Demonstrated capability in owning front end platform performance and driving end-to-end architectural decisions.
