Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead implementation and delivery of Saviynt identity governance projects in India, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Build, mentor, and provide technical leadership to a team of consultants within the practice.
Manage customer relationships, technical calls, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and problem resolution efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/business experience in IT-related discipline.
6+ years of consulting experience in Identity and Access Management.
4+ years hands-on experience designing and configuring Saviynt; experience with at least 3 large Saviynt deployments including onboarding applications with automated provisioning and custom reports/dashboard configuration.
Must be onsite in Bangalore office 4 days per week; Saviynt IGA Professional certification is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle deployment of large, complex Saviynt projects with strong technical and customer management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior members, and drive technical excellence within a Center of Excellence environment.
Comfortable handling multiple projects and developing innovative IAM solutions using integrations (XML, SPML, SOAP/REST) and database technologies (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
