Lead end-to-end analytics, reporting, and insights activities for the COO organization, ensuring high-quality, timely, and insightful reporting outputs.
Own full reporting lifecycle including data validation, metric computation, quality assurance, and stakeholder distribution, incorporating AI and automation to improve processes.
Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership for data and reporting teams, driving innovation and delivering actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in data management, reporting, analytics, or related field in a complex, large-scale environment.
Proficiency in Python, GenAI, data querying, validation, and analysis of large datasets; Tableau experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, UAT, and technology delivery tools such as JIRA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring data/reporting professionals while being hands-on with technical tasks.
Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including engineering to challenge and coordinate on technical data solutions.
