Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-aircraft and commercial categories focusing on cost optimization, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation.
Lead and mentor a procurement team, manage procurement budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and aviation regulations.
Partner with internal departments and external vendors to manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, ordering, delivery, and inventory coordination.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred (MBA or Supply Chain/Procurement).
Proficiency with ERP and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, or Jaggaer.
Location requirement: Bengaluru; Work Experience Required: 8-10 years
