Own and architect Snowflake platform for analytics across multiple data domains including network, customer, billing, and channel data.
Drive cost optimization through warehouse sizing, query profiling, and manage governance standards aligned with data classification and regulatory compliance.
Lead integration from various data sources, establish CI/CD and IaC processes, define SLOs for data pipelines, and mentor mid-level engineers.
Minimum Requirements
6-10+ years total experience with 7+ years in data engineering and 4+ years hands-on Snowflake at production scale.
Expertise in SQL, strong Python skills, and deep experience with dbt including testing and CI.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) including cost management at scale and integrating Snowflake with Databricks/Spark.
Demonstrated leadership through influence, design documentation, and standard setting without direct reports; Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader in large-scale Snowflake data platforms with strong architectural decision-making capabilities.
Proven ability to manage data governance, compliance (PII, PCI, audit readiness), and security controls in complex environments.
Comfortable working across teams and influencing multiple stakeholders, including partnering with cybersecurity and product teams.
