Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and solutions using Salesforce Agentforce to improve employee productivity and business processes.

Maintain and optimize AI agent performance, ensure solution reliability and security, and contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and governance practices for Salesforce AI implementations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, customization, integration, and development.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation is mandatory.
Experience with AI-powered applications including LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Agentforce, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI.
Practical experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware, in Agile environments with end-to-end solution delivery.
