Procurement Analyst II

Manage end-to-end hardware procurement and purchase order processing including urgent and replenishment orders, maintaining ≥99% purchase request accuracy and timely PO creation.

Oversee global asset lifecycle operations including asset record maintenance, part number creation, and reconciliation across procurement and finance systems.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by tracking requests, submitting RFQs, creating system IDs, and facilitating compliance and catalog updates.

2-6+ years experience in IT hardware procurement, purchase-order processing, or asset management in high-volume shared-services environments.

Hands-on experience with SAP Procure-to-Pay / Materials Management ERP modules and master data management.

Demonstrated ability to maintain PO accuracy and manage bulk data safely without disrupting system dependencies.

Clear English communication skills with stakeholders including requesters, approvers, and suppliers.

Operates well in a high-volume, process-driven shared services environment requiring accuracy and timely execution on procurement and asset tasks.

Experienced with complex purchase orders, exception handling, and lifecycle management demonstrating ownership with limited oversight.

Capable of supporting new product introduction processes and coordinating cross-functional stakeholder requirements including supplier RFQs and system setup.
