Manage and monitor the Intercompany Reconciliation and invoice posting processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure execution of internal controls, prepare and approve Bank Statement Account Reconciliations (BSAR) as per directives, and track resolution of actions.
Support month-end/year-end closures, audits, continuous improvement projects, standardization efforts, and stakeholder liaison for ICA processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or MBA with CA Inter or CMA Inter.
Minimum 3+ years of end-to-end Intercompany Accounting (ICA) experience.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
Full-time onsite presence required at company facilities (office-based role with minimum 3 days/week in person).

Experienced professional with strong expertise in ICA financial reporting, internal controls, and reconciliation processes.
Analytical with ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams (Accounting Controller, Treasury, Supply Chain, etc).
