Sr Consultant, Transfer Agency

Responsible for end-to-end processing activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, conversions, exchanges, dividends, and cash payments/receipts related to dealing activities.

Manage and lead large or complex projects including strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, process re-engineering, and integration activities.

Analyze monthly management information to identify quality improvements and provide consulting and leadership to internal teams and key stakeholders including committees and management.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 24 months as a Consultant to be eligible for Senior Consultant role.

In-depth understanding of Transfer Agency processes including risk management and regulatory environment (IFSRA).

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and related business systems; strong numerical, analytical and planning skills.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and operate independently with strong organizational skills.

Experienced technical expert capable of independently managing cross-functional, technically complex activities and projects within Transfer Agency operations.

Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to develop, implement and administer programs and process improvements at a business function level.

Strong communicator adept at liaising with internal teams, clients (home locations), regulators and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
