Manage end-to-end customer order fulfillment coordinating across Customer Development, Planning, Inventory, Transporters, and Warehouse Operations to achieve high service levels.
Drive dispatch and delivery execution ensuring adherence to timelines, appointment schedules, and key account requirements while managing complaints and claims resolution.
Monitor and support mechanised warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and produce service performance reports for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain preferred.
2-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
Experience preferred in FMCG, Modern Trade, Distribution, or Warehouse Operations.
Exposure to mechanised warehouse operations and ERP systems is advantageous but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams within logistics, focusing on customer service delivery and operational excellence.
Comfortable working in mechanised warehouse environments and utilising ERP and advanced Excel for reporting and analytics.
