Job Description

Architect, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions and reporting datasets on the Guidewire Data Platform to support data-informed decision-making.
Design and optimize dimensional data models and SQL queries, develop ETL/ELT pipelines on AWS (Amazon Redshift) and automate data-quality processes using Python or equivalent.
Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like ThoughtSpot.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years experience in business intelligence development or related engineering role.
Strong SQL skills including complex queries, optimization, and analytical problem-solving.
Experience with dimensional data modeling (star and snowflake schema) and AWS cloud data platforms, especially Amazon Redshift.
Proficiency in Python or other programming languages for automation; experience building BI dashboards and reports; familiarity with ETL/ELT development and data validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable BI and data analytics solutions in cloud environments, especially AWS.
Proficient at translating complex business requirements into maintainable, optimized data products and dashboards.
