Lead and manage OT and IIOT cybersecurity projects, including development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure security solutions.
Conduct risk assessments based on ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards and oversee OT cybersecurity tool deployment (e.g., IDS, EDR, SIEM).
Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants, collaborate with senior management to align security strategies with business objectives, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 12 years of experience in OT domain and OT cybersecurity, specifically in manufacturing or energy sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (B.Tech/BE), or related field.
Proven experience managing security projects and teams.
Knowledge and experience in OT cybersecurity tools and standards ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF; practical expertise in ICS systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES).

Experienced in managing IT-OT integration architecture with a clear understanding of cybersecurity concerns related to IT-OT convergence.
