Own end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting for all non-US subsidiaries (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local standards.
Manage statutory compliance, local filings, international audits, and lead month-end/quarter-end close processes for global entities.
Lead and develop a team of two Senior Accountants while driving process improvements across international accounting functions.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant international and multi-entity exposure.
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory reporting across multiple international jurisdictions.
Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing international accounting functions within a multi-entity global environment, preferably in tech or SaaS sectors.
Demonstrated leadership capability in building and mentoring accounting teams while ensuring process scalability and control.
