Support Blue Yonder Planning solutions in Demand, Fulfillment, and Supply Planning across Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
Serve as single point of contact for customer requests, manage deployments, change requests, and enhancements to improve customer KPIs.
Collaborate in solution design and stabilization, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA adherence during steady state support.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
3 to 5 years experience in Product Support or Implementation Support, specifically with Demand & Fulfillment products.
Experience working with Blue Yonder products, PL/SQL, RDBMS; familiarity with MS Azure cloud environment.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning software like SAP-IBP/APO, o9, Kinaxis, or Relex is preferred; performance tuning knowledge is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end support and implementation of supply chain/demand planning software with technical and business understanding.
Capable of root cause analysis, solution design collaboration, and managing customer-facing communications and escalations.
Familiar with complex product ecosystems and technical infrastructures, able to work cross-functionally with architects and product teams.
