About This Role
- Develop and maintain automated and manual tests for UI and API services using frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and pytest.
- Support integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines, notably Jenkins, and maintain automation infrastructure and test environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to define test strategies, analyze failures, and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle for cloud-native SaaS applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with manual testing and test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with UI and API testing principles, including REST API validation using tools like Postman, pytest, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments, preferably Jenkins, with strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent languages.
- Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Cloud/Kubernetes concepts relevant to SaaS application testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test automation for cloud-native SaaS platforms with exposure to both UI and API testing.
- Skilled in integrating and maintaining automation testing infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines across distributed teams and time zones.
- Interested or experienced in modern automation approaches including AI-driven, prompt-driven, or agent-based validation workflows.
