Own the development and maintenance of UI and end-to-end automation tests using Playwright and/or Cypress, including API and service-level automated tests.
Execute comprehensive test suites (smoke, functional, integration, regression, browser-compatibility, release-validation) across web, backend, API, messaging, and device-connected workflows, ensuring detailed defect documentation and end-to-end verification.
Run automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and support failure analysis in Docker and Kubernetes environments while collaborating with developers and senior testers to enhance testability and regression coverage.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of relevant software testing experience including UI/API automation and Agile product delivery exposure.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Playwright or Cypress for UI automation testing and REST API validation using automation tools.
Notice period can be considered up to 15 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing Angular/TypeScript frontends with C#/.NET or Python backend services with strong understanding of frontend-to-backend interaction.
Skills in defect diagnosis using browser developer tools, network traces, logs, and database checks in complex test environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Comfortable working in Agile teams using Jira and Confluence for test management and documentation, with practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines automation.
