Lead design and development of an agentic AI platform enabling non-technical business users to configure and manage AI agents.
Architect and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate Generative AI/LLM capabilities into scalable backend services.
Drive platform scalability, reliability, observability, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement agent-driven automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on Python expertise required.
Experience building and deploying AI/Generative AI applications, specifically with RAG architectures and agentic AI systems.
Prior financial services or capital markets domain experience preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting complex AI-driven platforms with integration of LLMs and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Proficient with asynchronous API design (FastAPI/Flask), container orchestration (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Capable of mentoring engineers and establishing engineering best practices for agentic systems and AI safety/guardrails.
