Own and manage enterprise-level executive KPI reporting and business performance tracking across multiple global business units and regions.
Design and implement scalable KPI measurement frameworks, automated reporting solutions, and finance automation dashboards to improve data accuracy and operational scalability.
Lead cross-functional analytics and AI-driven initiatives from concept through commercialization, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product Analytics, or related fields.
Proven experience designing/managing enterprise KPI frameworks and automating finance or FP&A reporting processes including P&L and budget reporting.
Strong technical skills in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python and solid understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI concepts, and AI solution architecture.
Experience working with global stakeholders and senior leadership; experience in Agile/Product environments preferred; relevant certifications (CSPO, CSM, AI, Cloud) are advantageous.
