About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack AI/ML applications and enterprise AI-powered solutions.
- Own feature modules within AI product suite, manage technical backlog in collaboration with Product Management, and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
- Implement and manage CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps processes; deploy and optimize applications and ML models on AWS/Azure cloud platforms; mentor engineering team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong coding expertise.
- Mandatory skills: Python programming, Generative AI and LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph), full-stack development (Backend: Python frameworks like FastAPI/Flask/Django; Frontend: React.js/Angular/JavaScript/TypeScript), AWS and/or Azure Cloud platforms.
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications with ML integration, with expertise in ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader who actively codes while mentoring engineers and driving best practices in architecture, design patterns (SOLID, DDD), and coding standards.
- Strong background developing AI/ML solutions integrated into production systems with cloud-native, containerized deployments and MLOps experience.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments, owning product features end-to-end, and collaborating closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams.
