About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation for CDR Sub-Towers and AI Security initiatives.
- Participate in peer reviews and coordinate with sub-tower leaders on roadmap priorities.
- Contribute reusable components, patterns, and learnings back to the AI Security team while following threat modeling and secure development practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML product development including familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG, or automation frameworks.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in authentication, data handling, error handling, and secure coding.
- Willingness to work in daily partnership (not remote/arm's-length) and follow shared coding standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working closely within cybersecurity or related domain teams, familiar with cybersecurity workflows.
- Comfortable with application-level engineering on top of existing enterprise platforms, not infrastructure or platform engineering.
- Demonstrates collaborative operating style with preference for shared standards, peer reviews, and contributing reusable patterns and tools to the team.
