Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation for CDR Sub-Towers and AI Security initiatives.
Participate in peer reviews and coordinate with sub-tower leaders on roadmap priorities.
Contribute reusable components, patterns, and learnings back to the AI Security team while following threat modeling and secure development practices.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience.
Working knowledge of AI/ML product development including familiarity with LLMs, agents, RAG, or automation frameworks.
Strong engineering fundamentals in authentication, data handling, error handling, and secure coding.
Willingness to work in daily partnership (not remote/arm's-length) and follow shared coding standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely within cybersecurity or related domain teams, familiar with cybersecurity workflows.
Comfortable with application-level engineering on top of existing enterprise platforms, not infrastructure or platform engineering.
Demonstrates collaborative operating style with preference for shared standards, peer reviews, and contributing reusable patterns and tools to the team.
