Project Manager

Lead design and execution of large-scale education and EdTech programs in partnership with state governments, aligning with national priorities like NEP 2020, NIPUN Bharat, and Samagra Shiksha.

Engage senior government officials to co-develop strategies, drive systemic education reforms, and identify policy and budget optimization opportunities.

Analyze education data and budgets to produce actionable insights, policy briefs, and reports that inform real-time decision-making and program adjustments.

7–8 years of relevant experience in education consulting, public policy implementation, or program management with government-led initiatives.

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications (MCA, BE, B.Tech, or higher).

Proficiency in data management tools such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB.

Strong understanding of India’s school education ecosystem including government budgeting cycles and centrally sponsored schemes.

Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional education projects in government or public policy environments with demonstrated leadership in stakeholder engagement.

Skilled at translating large datasets into strategic narratives and policy documents that influence senior decision-makers.

Field-ready professional comfortable with travel and on-ground interactions to monitor implementation and gather intelligence.
