About This Role
- Design, build, validate, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI/ML technical solutions and drive adoption of ethical AI practices.
- Lead model evaluation, documentation, code reviews, and mentor junior data scientists while staying updated on cutting-edge AI research.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of proven AI/ML work experience within a total 7-11 years overall experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and programming in Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML pipelines (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing and deploying Generative AI and LLM-based solutions with strong focus on model robustness and ethical AI use.
- Capable of operating in a cross-functional environment and leading technical mentoring and collaborative development.
- Technically proficient with statistical methods, a wide range of ML and deep learning algorithms, and modern AI research application in production.
