Lead and manage one or more Applications Development teams to achieve goals and perform personnel duties including hiring and performance evaluations.
Design, prototype, and provide technical oversight across multiple technology stacks integrating AI-native tools and approaches within financial services applications.
Manage delivery, resource allocation, budget participation, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management across development projects.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
Hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs), Frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React), and databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL) with strong SQL skills.
Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP, including cloud-native services, containers, and Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
