Lead and manage Income COE operations focusing on end-to-end processing of custody, accounting, and middle office events impacting fund records and NAV calculation.
Develop and implement operational strategies, optimize processes to improve efficiency and control risks, and manage budgets and resources effectively.
Drive team leadership, performance monitoring, quality control, risk mitigation, and collaborate with executive teams for alignment across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related financial program.
10-16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related fields.
Preferred qualifications include Inter C.A., Inter ICWAI or CFA (pursuing).
Work Experience Required: 10-16 years in relevant domain.
