Design, develop, and optimize advanced ServiceNow enterprise applications including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, APM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
Lead platform integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub to support critical business processes.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring developers, ensuring platform governance, and driving performance tuning.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
Expert proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Portal development, and core ServiceNow data models.
Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes with experience applying them on the platform.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required or strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-grade, scalable ServiceNow solution delivery with broad module knowledge (e.g. ITSM, CMDB, APM).
Demonstrated ability to lead technical implementation, mentor teams, and drive platform governance and code quality.
Skilled in complex integrations and collaboration with cross-functional teams including architects and product owners.
