Develop, standardize, improve, and implement retail finance processes at dealership level to increase retail finance contribution to total retails.
Drive adoption of digital financing processes within area offices and dealerships to enhance incremental sales.
Maintain and enhance relationships with financers, execute new financing initiatives (leasing, card financing, cost optimization), and develop reporting/MIS to inform stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
MBA with specialization in Sales or Finance.
3-4 years of experience in two wheeler finance, branch banking, or two wheeler sales.
Knowledge of banking products, financial acumen, channel management, and experience with DMS & SAP systems.
Location: Bhopal, MP, India.

Experience working in two wheeler finance or related sales functions with sound understanding of retail finance processes and stakeholder management.
