Design and scale automation architecture to increase automation footprint by 10x including building and maintaining large portfolios of bots and workflows.
Manage end-to-end bot lifecycle from requirement gathering through deployment to support with minimal oversight while ensuring adherence to IT and infosec compliance standards.
Measure and report business impact of automation initiatives, improve bot velocity, reduce maintenance efforts and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive automation adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 7 years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere platform (A360) and Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET along with SQL and VB scripts.
Experience building and managing end-to-end lifecycle of at least 4 to 6 complex automation bots.
Location: Bangalore, India; work mode is hybrid (office and remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable automation solutions and infrastructure to support 24/7 unattended bots with minimal human intervention.
Strong ability to document solution designs, conduct process discovery workshops, and engage with global stakeholders to manage automation lifecycle.
Familiarity with attended/unattended bots, API automation, Azure logic apps, cognitive services, agentic AI, and AI/ML skills considered advantageous.
